    One video, every platform: repurposing without losing the native feel

    How to turn one short video into Reels, TikToks, Shorts and ads — what to change per platform, what to keep, and the workflow that makes it minutes.

    • The hook — a scroll-stopper stops scrolls on every feed
    • The core cut rhythm — if pacing held attention once, keep it
    • The proof moment — the shot that makes the point is platform-agnostic

    What to adapt per platform

    • TikTok — leans conversational; on-screen text can be rougher, trending audio matters most here, and a 0.5–1s cold open beats a title card.
    • Reels — cleaner grade and typography perform better; replace TikTok-native slang in overlays; loops are rewarded, so cut the ending to feed the start.
    • Shorts — assume sound-on but caption everything; YouTube viewers tolerate (and reward) a few extra seconds of explanation before the payoff.
    • Paid placements — front-load the product moment; organic pacing can wait 8 seconds for a reveal, an ad cannot.
